We dispatch every order worldwide, using either our complimentary standard service or an optional express upgrade. Standard shipping is free on all orders and normally takes 15–30 working days to arrive, depending on the destination. If you need your documents sooner, you can select express delivery via DHL or FedEx for a flat fee of USD 29; transit time is 3–7 working days.

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Any order placed after 12:00 noon on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

As soon as your parcel leaves our facility we email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress in real time, regardless of the shipping method chosen.

Should your shipment be lost or arrive damaged, contact us immediately. We will replace it at no extra cost.

Because our product is a translation document, it is generally exempt from customs or import duties. If any fees are nevertheless levied by local authorities, they remain the customer’s responsibility.
